What has actually changed my life so far | Spring Awakening – A Series of Small Attempts to Change No. 7
In the last week’s I wrote about a lot of big changes for the Spring Awakening Series: I learned how to recognise a toxic friend and know when it’s time to end a friendship, I accepted to do nothing, I embraced chaotic energy and found my edge aka started to set healthier boundaries.
One small change you could do today is become a paid subscriber: I am seven people short of 100 and how great would it be to not just celebrate three years of the Muse Letter in May but also receive a nice little badge by substack, which shows everyone, we’re ready to swim in the big pond.
Anyway, this week is all about the tiny changes I have made since I started this experiment. The little habits I implemented to set myself up for a more authentic life, one that is true to myself and supporting me in my quotidian dealings. Those things that were on my mind for ages, floating from one to-do list to the next.
It is by far not a final conclusion but more a temporary snapshot of what I have found helpful so far.
