Where does the love go?

Excerpt from Things I Have Loved | The Muse Letter No. 121

I am just on my way to Germany, due to a book reading in Berlin next Friday and signing and packing all of the Kickstarter rewards. I am absolutely excited about how many people this book is reaching and also quite frankly I am a tiny bit exhausted. So today I wanted to share with you, a little glimpse from the book. One of my favourite texts. Written last summer after an incredible heartbreak. Which of course now every time I read it, invokes an inevitable Miley Cyrus song that might be stuck in my head forever.
