This is very healthy I think as I cut the kale, the giant kale, why is it so big? Who is going to eat all that green monstrosity? That Gwyneth Paltrow superfood? That ball of let’s be real: Future flatulences.
– I am. I say calmly and cut it into tinier chunks. I cut carrots and potatoes and one large onion for flavor. I have no idea what I’m doing but since I ordered this veggie box, I’ve been cutting them all up. Everyday. Because if I don’t, they keep coming and they don’t stop. Like a pack of squatters they have occupied my kitchen.
