going into hibernation and letting myself rest under thick blankets with a pile of unread books and candle light casting a gentle shimmer across the room, the world outside fading into stillness as the frost gathers on the windowpanes. Letting each day melt into the next, cocooned in warmth and visions of future-me.
baking cookies with friends gathering in a cozy kitchen, the air heavy with the scent of vanilla and melted chocolate, laughter mingling with the sound of whisks and clinking bowls. Rolling out dough and cutting festive shapes, sneaking bites of batter, and dusting flour over cheeks.
going for a sunrise walk all wrapped up in scarves and woollen hats, and stepping out into the crisp morning air, the stillness of dawn and the world in quiet magic.
